Jack has a degree in Agronomy from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where he was an active member of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity. Jack also acts as the president of the Wisconsin Crop Improvement Board and serves on the Farm Technology Days board of directors. His heritage in the seed business dates back over 100 years ago to 1906, when his grandfather, Anton Kaltenberg, founded Kaltenberg Seeds. Ever since he began his own business in 2007, Jack takes pride in the fact that Partners in Production is a company committed to helping your operation. In 2016, Jack was honored as the first winner of the WALSAA (Wisconsin Agricultural and Life Sciences Alumni Association) Daluge Red Jacket Award. He was selected as the first recipient of this award due to his contributions and guidance to the organization. Jack also remains active in the UW Alumni Marching Band and volunteers as a church choir member.

Because of his roots, Garret has always had a passion for the farming industry. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison Farm and Industry Short Course where he earned Certificates in Agronomy and Mechanics. Garret served as a DeForest High School FFA officer, was a national FFA proficiency finalist and still remains an active supporter of the organization.

Growing up on a central Wisconsin dairy farm, Gene was active in 4-H and FFA. Before returning home to farm, he attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He expanded his family’s operation to include grain trucking and sales of seed, chemicals and fertilizers. Gene has over twenty years experience as a DSM and brings with him a wealth of information on all aspects of agriculture and crop production. He also has a strong interest in the environment and sustainable farming practices.

Rick grew up in Elroy, WI on a Purebred Registered Jersey farm along with beef, swine, and sheep. Before obtaining his degree in dairy science from UW-Madison short course he heavily participated in 4-H and FFA where he served as President his senior year. Rick decided to further his education and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dairy Science with an option in Production and Technology at UW-Madison, after graduation began his career with dairy, beef, and some goat nutrition. Rick and his wife Gail along with their two daughters show dairy cattle at local, state, and national competitions.

Al and his wife, Bristol, currently grow corn, soybeans and maintain a small beef herd at his family farm in Menomonie. Al is a 2007 University of Wisconsin – River Falls graduate with a bachelor’s of science degree in agricultural studies and a minor in crops and soils. Al began working in agriculture sales upon graduation and joined the PIP team in 2015. He is a member of the Dunn County Farm Bureau and the Vice President of the Alpha Gamma Rho – Alpha Psi Alumni Board.
